Profiling the soft- and hardware of organisms
Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary research area between biology and informatics. The goal is to discover new the biological insights in big data using computers.
During this presentation I will give a short overview of the different areas of biofinformatics. Which tools we use, what big data means and what the current and future challenges are.
